CLINTON LIBRARY DESIGNER SUED!

The man who designed the Clinton Library was today sued for theft of a previous design done by a yet unknown architect.
Below is a comparison of the two designs

Could you tell me, is one of those pictures at the top of this thread the actual Clinton Library? I thought this was all a joke. Is it true the actual Clinton Library looks like a trailer like one of those two pictures?
