Yes, there is a topical gel (for muscle aches, stiffness, bruising) made by my favorite homeopathic company "Boiron" (and other companies too). There are also tinctures you can take in a tea. One time I had a painful ankle for days and days after hiking. A friend gave me the tea and within one day the pain lifted. I should have remembered to take some for this wrist - tonight I'll have to.

A friend of ours developed a topical analygesic called BioFlexor which my wife and father swear is the best OTC stuff they've ever used.

Walgreen Drugs carries it here.
