Geez, that sounds like me: bummer! Arnica helps, but I forgot to take some this morning. When you are 6'1", the world is not built for you. I should sue, huh? :) When we remodeled our guest bathroom, we installed everything higher, and had a custom shower and sink built for tall people. Not too high that others couldn't reach though.
Thanks about wrist. Yeah, weird, I've only had my ankle sprained a couple of times but never my wrist. I was remodeling and hauling stuff (like firewood) around all day, so I must have overdone it. When I went to move a vaccuum that night, I heard a "snap". Sick! Typing isn't too bad, but I'm learning to use my left hand for a lot of other things the last couple of days. I won't go see a doctor - this will heal up soon.
Bless your heart, that sounds painful. I hope it heals and quickly. What is that you say you take? Arnica? Is that good for falls and such?
It's not built for those of us that are 5'1" either.
You didn't strike me as one who goes to the Dr. for every sneeze, sniffle and broken bone...
I was once told that the massages I did for the wrist and hand worked wonders.
Had to do that for a few friends after they 'play fought' with me and got hurt.
