Thanks for the explaination I have a few cats that had had that and they did die of cancer, but else where like the stomach.

I got the impression this lump appeared later but was the loaction where the shot was given.

It is painful when cancer afflicts your love one be it human or animal!

May we continue our prayers for family and friends

Welcome.
I had a cat who developed cancer on her shoulder.
She was a beautiful longhaired tuxedo cat named "Princess Caroline Matilda".

She was a bit of a ditz the way cats go, though.
We had to have her put to sleep.
The cancer started to spread, and even though she seemingly felt no pain, it wasn't something we wanted to put her through.
