i see... so then why do you like that type of music (or do you not and I just misinterpreted what you were saying)
Actually i was inspired by O Brother Where Art Thou. From Bluegrass i branched out to Hillbilly Music (Hank Wms) and then to early country like the Carter Family and then Johnny Cash, Loretta Lynn. Then recently blues.
For Xmas last year Jordan got me a Johnny Cash bio called "Cash". And you can confirm this with him, after i read it, i told him it was so great that they should make a movie about it and cast Joachin Phoenix as Johnny. Then 2 months later it was announced just like that and i called him and we both laughed our arses off.
Since then, i've been reading books about other people in country and blues music: Bill Monroe, Robert Johnson, The Carter Family.
