Not according to my wacked out (yes, he's a lib) neighbor. We were outside and a con trail was overhead. He points to it and says, "You know what that is?" I told him it was a con trail. He said, "No, that is a chem trail. The government is spraying that overhead to give everyone alzhiemers. Check it out on the internet." He was dead serious.
