have been a closet Freeper for five years, just didn't have the courage to join the fray...

Now why would you possibly think that you would need courage to post here? (/sarcasm)

Right, I could not think of the name fast enough. I'm a scientist who thinks fast but responds slow. There are some fast guns here and it's hard to keep up with them.

You were close!....very close! That's O.K. We all keep each other honest! :-) FR is great for that! :-)

Since I've been using the internet, my teeth are 30% whiter.

ROTFLMAO! Man have I been doing something wrong!

Welcome to the fray. FR gets more "lively" during voting seasons. Between elections we entertain ourselves by having fun with newbies and posting threads that say, "ignore this thread."

Before the Internet it was Arpnet, a conservative military network that existed for 30 years before the Internet.

And before Arpanet , there was Hairnet.

LOL!

Since switching to the Internet, I've saved a bundle on my car insurance!

Great! Because I'm a TCP in the TCP/IP but there're a lot of IP's, so now I'm trying to be a quality TCP/IP.

LOL!
Thing is, the Classic threads get all kinds of odd posts and such.
For example, the "Unnngh.." thread:
