Anyway, we went to the Paris premier (in English with French subtitles). As a typical young boy of about 10 or so I was enchanted by this movie with almost no women and no mushy stuff.

Wow. I probably would have fainted dead away. I mean, I was just *so* in love with him and Richard Burton in Beckett. And, remember The Lion in Winter?

I have a VHS copy of Lawrence of Arabia. I truck it out every now and then to watch.

I remember them all, Miss Angel. Another thing I like about him: I almost never watch Leno, but not too long ago I ran across a Leno show (I had insomnia that night) during which he sat there smoking cigarettes like there was no tomorrow. Who else has ever done that in these PC times? Way to go, Peter!
