It's early yet. I think it will still take 9-7 to make the NFC wildcard.

8-8 means indeed there is a lot of parity; why so many of the games are toss ups.

My additional note, I'm going to catch some of the soccer action on ABC, 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC. I'm clearly in a minority here, but just telling everyone.
