I seriously doubt he's a 10th generation Yankee. Heck, I'm a Na Hampsha Yankee, and he don't talk like a New Englander...
Of course, if he wants to play the old "I'm more American than you all" crap, well, my family goes back on this continent a lot farther than 10 generations... more like 10,000 years at least. So neener.
