Cant really tell from the picture but it looks like "false arelia" often mistaken for pot.

Cant really tell from the picture but it looks like "false arelia" often mistaken for pot.

I just asked my wife, and she says it's Forsythia. :-). I gets yellow blooms all over it in the springtime. :-)
