You know, the only problem with this REd state Blue state issue is that if you look at the county map, there is only ONE true Blue state. (Vermont)

The rest are a majority red. So let's go by counties instead of states!

Actually not. See #189. Vermont has one red county in the upper right hand corner. Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Hawaii are the true blue states. And in reality, if secession (or expulsion!) was ever to be seriously considered, there would be a realignment of the population and you'd see even more red on the map.
