Not from around here? No, I'm from New England, which clearly is not a part of your Red America.
Oh, but it IS. And George Bush is YOUR president. One nation, indivisible, buddy. You've got at least four more years to mull that over.

Some of the dumbest people in the country are from there. Are you one of them or do you just act dumb. How much does welfare pay and is the rent free in your housing project? Can you really buy wine with food stamps? Is the PC at the library free or do you have to pay to get on line? I have so many questions to ask you.
You worry too much, after all, you and your liberal buddies are aborting off the generation of liberal kooks. Enjoy your life while it lasts! You still have Howard Dean to represent your "feelings"! BWHAHAHAHA!
Well, I am from Massachusetts, I was raised in, served in and support the military. I believe there are more of us here in Massachusetts than you think, and we are getting tired of having to be embarrassed about where we live. We aren't leaving, we are going to change the state from within, by legal means, bit by bit, the same way it was done in the southern states.
Just so everyone at Free Republic knows not all of us Massachusetts residents are like BlueStateLiberal. Some of us believe in the Constitution of the United States, and not a bunch of Activist Judges with an agenda.
I recently moved out of New England (was born and raised there). Largest population of Sheeple in the the world.
I was getting quite a kick out of you. Particularly your drop and run technique. Several people have replied to your less than informed critiques and you haven't answered any of them.
If you really want to know what a "blue" country would look like, look to Massachusetts. There is a run-away legislature that refuses to enact what the people vote for, the economy is lagging (MA was the only state in the country to lose jobs in the 1st quarter of the year), the unions hold mafia-like control over most of the state (that Big Dig was great, wasn't it) and one of the biggest problems is the hemmorage of 21-35 year olds from the state. The people that are needed to build the economy are leaving in droves. This was actually a campaign issue in the last governor's race because it's affecting the economy.
You might also consider that most corporations would NOT chose to join you socialist, income redistributors.
Those centers of culture "produce" little. Much of the ecomomy of the blue counties are universities, media centers, government employees, et al.You would have to import nearly everything, and the remaining "ecomonies" of your "blue counties", would implode.
I guess that you are unaware that your little "experiment" has already been tried (i.e. USSR). But we know, YOU will really be able to make it work, without coercion.
Ta, ta.
