The entire MSM uses Mr. Bush, but always said President Clinton.

That's exaggerated. Often the media "President XXXXXX" and then uses "Mr. XXXX" thereafter.

I disagree. I don't EVER recall ANYONE saying "Mr. Clinton".
I can't think of that happening to my knowledge.
