Now, that is an excellent idea. And when we get Ohio packed full of conservatives we can start to work on Florida and Pennsylvania. :-)
unfortunately, such a re-alignment might be necessary depending on future demographics.
Also, re my other idea (that many may not think so bright :o), i thought we could limit the moving funds to those who are on welfare, but go off welfare and leave the country (bind them by contract, etc., of course).
oh, i know, it seems unworkable, but i'd love to help them move :o)
