No way. Some coaches need to stick to the college game. Spurrier is one of them.

"A true man takes responsibility for his results."

If that were true he'd have gotten out of coaching after his Chicago performance.

Now if we can get O'Leary at UCF and Jeff at FSU, Florida teams would be in good shape!

I'm sorry he went;
They may be saying on TV that the Dolphins have only had 4 coaches ever, that would be amazing, Wanstedt, Schula, Jimmy Johnson and their first coach ever, his name escapes me. The Dolphins is a tough coach.

They needed R. Williams.

A good coach is hard to find. They got beat by Az. with Dennis Green as coach and as I said elsewhere, Green's good enough to get a team to .500+.

I need to turn on the sports radio to see who the candidates are.

I'm sorry too. This has just been a season of disappointments for him. injury after injury, R. Williams, etc... I think he is a good coach, however as the saying goes: "If a player goes bad, replace him. If a team goes bad, replace the coach." He did the honorable thing and fell on the sword for the team.

I heard on ESPN that the Pat's Charlie Weis' name is being said alot for the job, which I think is good fit. THey have a good defense, but an offense that's worse than my Panthers (who'll be back next year after we get healthy).
