I wonder how many Americans realize that if they go on a trip and take along a bottle of wine or hard liquor that has been opened, they are subject to arrest under most state laws? And that applies even if the bottle is in the trunk in the suitcase. Indeed, I'm sure we are approaching the day when Big Brother will not allow the transport of any alcohol, opened or not.
