The Democrats say that they were surprised by the importance placed on values in the recent election. They totally ignored a recent lesson earlier in the year...the attendance record set for the movie "The Passion".
You took the thought right out of my head.
Unfortunately, DEMS who are non-believers (and there are believers who are Democrats) confused Michael Moore's F911 with The Passion. They thought F911 was a historical documentary and that The Passion was fiction.
Welcome to Free Republic
That's right!
There are millions of us out here who want this to be a righteous nation. But TV & Hollywood heads try to show a different picture.
Glad Mel had the courage to make "The Passion."
I'm not sure that they were clueless about values, only in assuming their values are widely embraced by the electorate. 'Values' like PC, taxpayer funded abortion on demand, homosexual "marriage", and gaining consensus from the international community before acting in self-defense. All of these values they hold as a substitute for actual faith, and they deeply believe in them. In their echo chambers, they've never had to confront the fact that most Americans consider these ideas inimical to life and perhaps even suicidal. The values of a poli-sci professor and their fraudcasters in the MSM just didn't cut it with actual Americans threatened and dead because of those ideas. It's rather scary how close they actually came to victory over the United States.
The Newsweek article said that Chris Heinz said the his mother LIKES it when John is sick so she can 'brood" over him!!! MUNCHAUSEN BY PROXY ALERT!!! These are WEIRD people.
