Ten things you have to believe to be a Democrat:
1. That the nation who's revolution began with the cry "No taxation without representation!" should now have it's sovereignty subordinated to unelected bodies such as the UN, the ICC, and the amorphous 'global consensus' and 'global test'.
2. That Michael Moore is telling the truth
3. That all lifestyles, beliefs and cultures are equally valid, and that claiming that one is bad would be to oppress them. Note: Christians and southerners excepted.
4. The Europe is still a thriving and dynamic culture worthy of emulation.
5. That P. Diddy is a role model
6. That black people are incapable of achieving anything except through government largess
7. That it's a fetus when it's unwanted and a baby when it is
8. That higher marginal tax rates spur economic growth
9. That supporting our troops means cutting their legs out from under them.
and most of all:
10. That the United States is just an ordinary nation of ordinary people.
