I would like to start making plans to attend the Inauguration but I can't remember when it is usually held....does anyone know?

A little trivia. I think I read somewhere that W's term actually ends at noon and his inauguration at 1:00 PM technically means that we are either without a President for an hour or Dick Cheney is President for an hour.

Although going to D.C. would be a dream come true for me, there's no way I can go. Is there a SoCal gathering planned? Maybe DFU might know...Upland is within an hour's drive of me.
