I prefer the flavor of cayenne. I've got a whole bag of dried cayenne and I need to make some pepper flakes.
I'll have to try cayenne next year. Steve likes the flavor of his jalapeno flakes more than my hab powder. I'll have to save up a bunch of different jars for different flavor peppers!
