Voting against a candidate, as opposed to voting for a candidate does not draw voters to the polls.

Interestingly, where are the far left ultra liberal establishments located? Look on your election map and notice, both East Coast and West Coast. With an almost solid red elsewhere other then the liberal strongholds in Michigan and Minnisota. Heck Wisconson almost is split equally. It is a crying shame New York and California have so many electorate seats, else GWB would have had almost a landslide election. NOTE: notice how much closer split even many of these blue states turned out to be this time around.
