I really want to compare the 2000 map to 2004.

OK... it's a vanity.

It takes awhile to color in the individual voting areas...and the information isn't in yet on all states.

USA Today has the per-county map. Extremely red.

A county by county map is a better indicator. Most of NYS, for example, is made up of red counties.

THAT's the one I wanted. Looks pretty good.... I guess the gray counties haven't finished reporting yet.

Thanks. I guess I should have been more precise in my request. I was speaking of what came to be known as the "red/blue map" after the 2000 election. Which broke down the vote by county - emphasising how massively Bush won the nation (geographically speaking) and how tiny the Democratic areas really were.
