Recount in Ohio requires a 0.25% margin or less for a recount. Kerry is only about 2.00% short of that, with over 98% of the votes counted.
Mathematically impossible.

What are the recount rules in Ohio? I believe it is .25% difference to necessitate an automatic recount. But you can bet your bottom dollar the dems will try to find a way around that.
