Started to panic after reading 2 stories in WaPo and New York Times about Bush advisers being nervous and not confident....
Based on RCP averages and applying worst case scenario where Kerry gets 60% of the undecideds I am 95% confident that we will win this election by at the very least 0.75% in the popular vote.
There seems to be an awful lot of nervous nellie newbies. Are the real or...
is it really *that* big of a deal?? it's election eve. give the person a break. you were a newbie dumbass at some point too just like all of us.
"God is in charge, my FRiend. Sleep well."
This country has been thumbing it's nose at God for decades, why would He come to the rescue? We'll reap what we've sewn tomorrow: A president whom despises everything upon which this nation was built.
I pray that I'm wrong.
That's what you get for reading those rags.
Some are trolls,some aren't.
It was never even close.
sleep easy. President Bush will win DECISIVELY.
Go to beddie-bye then and let the rest of us comfort each other. The stakes are high here, kiddo.
Gee .. the interviews I've seen on TV and heard on the radio .. they sure didn't seem nervious to me
YES,IT IS THAT BIG OF A DEAL!
I was once a newbie here too, yes, but I was NOT a political naif and a damned nervous Nellie.
Rules are made for good reasons. If you can't obey them, then leave and cut out the bleeding heart garbage and guilt trip attempt.
Another vanity already?
You go to bed and if you want "comfort",get a dog.
They're out in full force. *sigh*
Just past 3pm here in Cambodia. Getting ready to leave work early and will be hosting an election results party starting 5am tomorrow morning as results come in. Will be putting on my flak jacket as most showing up are libs (us FReepers are an endangered species here). Go Bush!
Everyone in the US, make sure to get out of bed early and vote for W!
Who died and made YOU God?
Be of good cheer. Let's walk through the walk that many voters will take today.
The average voter will go to the polling station, perhaps their child's school; in that instance, they may see children's drawings on a corkboard in the hall, along with notices for plays and upcoming games. He'll take a walk to the gymnasium where the polling booths are, and sign up at the desk - after a quick check of identification, he'll go into the privacy of the booth.
If this voter has any brains whatsoever he'll think about where he is - a school - and how even a place as innocent as this could be a terrorist bloodbath, like Beslan. He'll remember September 11th. He'll realise that things are ticking along in spite of the war. Now, to finish the war and to make things continue to tick along, whom does he trust to do this? George W. Bush, who has his faults, but at least is a genuine person...or Kerry, whose personality is as elusive as his grip on reality?
It's a decision that will be based on gut feelings rather than facts, because the media hasn't exposed most voters to as little real information as possible. But I dare say Bush is closer to the heart of America than a patrician blue blood like Kerry will ever be.
I suspect this decision making process will be repeated millions of times today.
Regards, Ivan
Why do you imagine that YOU are ?
The Mods are strung thin, what with the trolls and disruptors. This is BIG TIMES on FR.Newbies posting vanities continually, make extra work for the Mods.
Rules are made for a reason!
And yes, breaking them isn't a Conservative thing to do,so just follow them and stop worrying about what others do.
It's getting rather out of hand, isn't it?!
I'd like to stick around to watch you wallop 'em more, but I need a few zzz's to prepare for the festivities tomorrow. ;-)
G'nite!
I'm going to put my champagne in the icebox and hit the hay too.
