BUSH WITH DAGGER IN HIS CHEST ON LAWN FOR HALLOWEEN!!!!!!!!!!

I am SO ANGRY and want to know if this is above the law. My husband just went by a neighbors home and they have BUSH with a dagger in his heart on their lawn.!!!! IS THIS LEGAL and is there any suggestions as to what can be done. HOW LOW are the DEMOCRATS STOOPING!!!!!!!!

You can't read the sign from the picture my husband took. But underneath it, it refers to the daggered man as Bush.My husband has contacted the local police and is mentioning it to the RNC Headquarters where he is volunteering. They will take it from there.Photo isn't too clear.

Although I may agree with some of the statments here about trying to "discuss" things with these folks, I must assume that the effigy was put out there by ADULTS. And being ADULTS means that they should know it is illegal to threaten our elected leaders (whether we agree with them or not) in such a manner. (The Clinton's were high on my list of human rot, but I would never depict nor suggest anything life threatening to either one of them).
Thus, seeing they are allegedly ADULTS they must be held accountable for their actions.
I would notify the police, FBI and SS (perhaps not in that order) and explain what I see and that I feel uncomfortable having such a scene depicted in my neighborhood.
Just my 2 cents ...

Ok, my husband just went by there again. The sign does not have Bush's name, but says " solve the mystery" Guess who" and is surrounded by " RE-defeatBUSH" signs. I will contact the SService now just to be sure that it is legal. WHAT HATE are we subjecting our children to, on Halloween!!!!

Have any old paint around? How about some old thin plain glass Christmas ornaments? Any little cork or stopper will do. They go well together, and can be thrown like a baseball.
