Today I overhead 2 guys sitting in front of me on a flight. They basically said that conservative threats of a CBS boycott are a joke. They said CBS has 3 of the top 5 rates shows.
They are uniformed idiots. In other words, typical liberals. What is at issue is CBS news, not their regular programming.
That's because the popular liberal scumblogger Atrios linked to the FReep thread about the video, and his monkey readers decided to fling some of their, uh, right...
I must be ultra right wing. I refuse to watch anything on CBS and it's no big deal. I haven't watched a major broadcast network for years and I don't have a twitch or anything.
Yes. That's because what CSI reports (instant DNA matches, magic fluid that causes year old blood stains to glow in lit rooms, national firearms registration, the suggestion that there are only 12 HK USP .45ACPs in the state of Nevada, S&M parlours where no one has sex, and so on) is so much closer to reality that Dan Rather's fevered dreams that I now choose to get my news.
I mostly watch the History channel, etc.etc.
Just pointing out that CSI and Dan Rather are two different things.
The networks entertainment shows have also lost their viewrship.

OK.... thats a bit much for me =o)
CSI gets old after you watch it a few times. Having it on 3 times a week isn't going to last. People watch for the gore, they always do.
