Did you catch the very short interview Chris Matthews did with Kerry last night on Hardball? Matthews looked like he was disgusted with Kerry's answers, looking away as Kerry spoke and interrupting with the next question.

At the end we learned all we need to know. It's not on the transcript however, what Matthews said is seared, seared into my memory. It went like this:

MATTHEWS: Do you feel you can take this job right now?

KERRY: Yes. Transcript ends.

Then Matthews says, "That's all I need to know." Link

All he needed to know as in, as long as you say you're ready to be president I'm voting for you and will continue to ignore the nonsense that comes out of your mouth.
