On the Alaska Web Site, that picture was identified as a rare white moose. I thought it was an interesting picture.

I had satellite reception problems for about an hour this morning but all seems okay now.
Chocolate!!! How about another cupcake?
Chocolate Cake
1/3 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup rice flour blend
1 tsp xanthan
1/4 cup baking cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup hot water
1/2 tsp vinegar
Cream shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, xanthan, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Add to creamed mixture. Mix well.
Add water, stir in quickly.
Pour in greased and rice floured 9 inch round cake pan or cupcake tins. Bake at 350 F for 35 or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Frost with chocolate frosting when completely cooled.

Did you happen to notice that I animated the sunset graphic? I put a starburst on the dot on the "i" in music. I'm not very good at animations yet and can't seen to find the time to concentrate on learning more about it. I can't decide if I like the unanimated sunset better. What do you think?

Yes, I think we are a great group of people with a lot in common. I think there is something comforting about joining up with like-minded people, considering the world we are living in today, where so much doesn't make sense anymore. It's like..........FINALLY, here are people who think like I do, believe as I believe and are just as outraged as I am.
