I can see the ad now: Democrats Charles Rangel and Tom Harkin introduced a draft into the United States Congress.

DEMOCRATS.

Why did they do this? Pres. Bush has made it clear he rejects a draft (cue Pres. in 3d debate).

Rangel voted against his own bill.

Who really is pushing for a draft in this country? Want a draft? Vote Dem.
