U.S. House Candidate Info Needed for TN 8th District

There are three candidates running for Congress in the 8th District in Tennessee.

John Tanner (D), incumbent
James L. Hart (R)
Dennis Bertrand (R, write-in)


I know that Hart and Tanner are not pro-life, but I do not know anything else about Bertrand.

Questions

1. Is Bertrand pro-life?
2. Are there any other pro-life candidates running for this office?

I googled "tennessee gop bertrand" and there are many many references -

I had seen several of those, but none of them indicate whether Bertrand is pro-life or if he stands for anything other than the defeat of Hart (and presumably Tanner).

Those sites did not have any info on the pro-lifer in the race, Dennis Bertrand.

Freeper GailA just sent me a note that indicated that Dennis Bertrand is pro-life.

GailA if you could provide further info about Bertrand and documentation about his pro-life stand, please post on FR.
