It's called free speech!
Happens every election cycle.
I remember 2000 and 2002 were like this.
I think the worst of all-time was the invasion of the McCainiacs.
Yeah, back then we were reading how Klinton was going to cancel the election in order to stay in power. Pretty much the same thing the Dems are saying now.
Human nature, I suppose.
It sure was-- particularly in 2000. I remember all the conspiracy theories about Clinton/Reno plans to cancel the elections.
Of course, now after 2000, we have the benefit of hindsight about what lengths the RATS will go to in attempt to steal an election.
Yeah but you should have been here for the 1960 election. Man it sucked. Especially when we would get swamped and Jim's ENIAC Server would blow another vacuum tube and we would be down for two days while he got a replacement.
Here is a picture of John replacing one of the tubes on election night.
Nah. During Y2K, there was more substantive debate of issues and the different positions held by candidates.
This go 'round is much more simple-minded, reflecting the limited choice that's available.
Heck in Y2K, we had threads and debates going on Algore, Dubya, Buchanan, Howard Phillips, Harry Browne, and Ralph Nader (not to mention the various candidates who ran in the GOP primary).
This year is nothing but "Rah, Rah Bush!... Booo, Kerry" -- a real snoozer.
