Michael Jackson vs Eminiem is sort of like Frankenstein vs the Wolfman. You don't really want to root for either of them.

When will these repeat offenders learn how to do this? How hard is it? You ring up the judge's clerk, you tell him that there's a video coming out (or is out) that depicts the accused as being engaged in unlawful behavior and complain that this video will hurt the chances of a fair trial.
Oh, sure, you have to follow it up with paperwork, but hardly any trouble to get a temporary injunction knocking it off the air.
Sigh.
