I found this article on the web, it is just one example
that leads me to believe that being a democrat is a mental illness.


Kerra Fowler is a mother of four who decided to wear
her opposition to President George W. Bush on the back
of her head. She offered up on eBay her shaved skull
for an anti-Bush message and received a tattoo of a large W,
complete with a cowboy hat, with a red slash across it
after a sympathetic buyer bid $103.50. Fowler, 29,
said she placed her eBay advertisement with an opening
bid of one penny after seeing two others offering to sell space
on their heads for tattoos backing Democratic candidate John Kerry.

This particular individual has a problem, obviously. Sounds like a Sinead O'Connor wannabe to me. But to characterize what....30%+ of the population as being mentally ill based solely on their party affiliation is overstating the point.

Oh, please. I'm being sarcastic obviously.
But how do you explain all the violence outside Bush headquarters lately
including shootings and physical violence including the breaking of one mans arm who was volunteering to hand out G.W. literature?
Are all Democrats mentally ill? No. But clearly it is more than this one woman.

I didn't catch the sarcasm. In these days of Michael Savage, it's getting harder to separate the sarcasm from the firmly held belief maquerading as sarcasm. My apologies if I've given offense.

As for physical violence. Violence except in a legal context (such as self-defense and military force) is criminal activity. I'm not a criminal and simply don't have a shared frame of reference to explain the actions of criminals.

A criminal who shoots up a political office is no different in my view from someone who shoots up a day care center. And should be handled in the same manner.

If caught, such criminals should pray that I don't end up on their jury. They'll find that I couldn't care less what their political affiliation is.
