Chemical weapons that are ten years old are going to be almost as potent as when they were new.Well....it depends on how they were stored. But the fact remains that there were chemical weapons stockpiled in Iraq in contravention of the cease-fire agreement.

Well....it depends on how they were stored. I thought about that caveat after I posted but really, if you store chemical weapons wrong ....you die. So My assumption would be that they would have been stored correctly.
