Has Anyone Noticed The Change In Oreilly?

Posted on 10/06/2004 7:14:57 PM PDT by ricoshea

I have noticed a big change in O`Reilly. The "new" Bill is now not taking sides or giving an honest opinion.Tonight he would not even say who he thought won the debate last night. He said the people will decide. All well and good but he was quick to say that Bush lost his debate last week..He had on Tammy Bruce and Juan Williams tonight. However when Ms. Bruce said she thought Edwards seemed outmatched by Chaney, O`Reilly ran to the defense of Edwards. Last night he said he felt sorry for Rather and even Martha Stewart.I remember for months before the pod took over O`Reilly`s body he was screaming Stewart was guilty and that she must pay the price for her misdeed. What is up with the change in him since the summer? I can barely watch him anymore.

O'Reilly is a classic example of the inverse ratio of the size of the brain to the size of the mouth.

Yeah, I've been thinking he is getting a little too john-kerryish in that his lack of position is the same as Kerry's "take every position." He hides behind the "trying to be neutral" shield.

We stopped watching him,,,and until his ratings slide,,he will do whatever he wants..and that's his right. It is his show. I don't understand what good "analysis" does when he never uses his analysis to reach any conclusion...

His ego has become so large that it now requires a zip code.

Oreilly has been trying to get Kerry to come on his show for an interview for a long time and in the process has been kissing up to the Kerry folks with all kinds of favored treatment.

It's all about blind ambition and nothing about "No Spin"

I think (my opinion)he is hoping to replace Dan Rather. Didn't he work with him at CBS at one time. Anyway quit watching him or listening on the radio.

Having concluded that he can't compete with Rush, Mr. O. is attempting to carve out a niche in the "middle"! Good luck.

orielly thinks he is "god",

Worse. He thinks he is Dan Rather's successor.

Actually, he is still trolling for an interview with Kerry, and thinks it will help if he signals that he will throw softballs and suck up.

He is probably right in his assumption that this will help.

I am not a big O'reilly fan but on his talking points tonight he did stress that Cheney won the debate....Every once and a while the old blow hard gets it right on a good day I guess....

O'Reilly is a waste of time. I don't give him credit for knowing what he says or does. I'm being charitable.

O'Reilly is a liberal. I don't bother with his biased opinion anymore.
