Had a pretty good day after I found out that the freakin' software was was wrong! "Oh...you have to enter in 10x the injection volume for it to come out right." Duhhhh...no wonder I wasn't seeing much of anything.
Anyhoo...the instruments are running, I got a small bonus, and it's Friday!
