I remember being taught about certain parasites in Africa way back in the 80’s in college biology. Scary stuff.
Other topics make me cook meat and poultry thoroughly.
I only get fish, if it’s a McDonald’s fish sandwich or Long John Silvers. I’m sure that stuff is health food, too.
