I downloaded SP2 and the only problem I had was logging on to Fidelity bill payer service. I had to close Hot Bar and Google search bars before I could access bill payer. Service pack 2 also includes the best pop up blocker I have ever used. I removed Hot Bar from my drive and have had no problems since.

I've downloaded SP2 without any problems so far.

The reason I mentioned taking off SP2 in this situation is that I've read that if you have a spyware/malware infestation ongoing, then try and install SP2 on top of that, it can worse problems b/c of conflicts with your new firewall.

Overall, I really recommend having multiple browser software programs available to anyone who uses a computer.
