Well, yeah!! I didn't know that was what we were debating here. I thought this was sort of an opinion thing. If it's a matter of rights, then why is anyone bothering to post here? Of *course* he can marry whoever the heck will have him. But I get to frown and mutter about it. And even if he didn't have any money or lead in his pencil, he could *still* marry anybody that would have him. Although I think it's a safe bet that nobody in the 23 year range would line up for it.

Why do you care that an older guy and a younger woman got together? And while I don't know about the "lead in the pencil" thing, I know a number of younger women-older man couples where the man is not rich, or has less money than his wife. While some May-December romances are clearly money-based, I don't think that just because there is an age difference that you can assume that they aren't marrying each other for all the same reasons any other couple gets married. Some younger women like older men, and many older men like younger women. Why frown and mutter?
