I think it's nice to have "newbies". Maybe good, conservo "newbies" will eventually replace the liberal "old-timers". :-)

That does not seem to be true for newbies.

The asinine bully gauntlet committee gets to have their way with them first.

I know there are a lot of good people here, that's why we are all here.

My complaint is that the welcome committee acts like a bunch of adolescent thugs.
