What version is your operating system Amy? XP? What have you tried so far to correct this? Remember to backup all your important files because sometimes the only 'fix' is to re-install everything again :(

My problem may be with equipment. My son was here last weekend. Enough said?
I have connection thru Directway (satellite). They sent a new modem so I could install networking. My son installed it (after spending lots of time with their tech dept). Then he installed the network. Everything seemed to be working but on Monday, I started having problems. My son will be here again this weekend. I'll back up important stuff today and tomorrow.
