Pennsylvania Senate Race

Has anyone else in PA noticed the number of Jim Clymer for Senate signs. I have seen them EVERYWHERE throughout central PA. I've see more Clymer signs than Spector or Hoeffel along the highways!

For those who don't know, Clymer is the Constitution Party candidate running against Arlen Spector (RINO Incumbent) and Joe Hoeffel (Left-wing Philadelphia Crook).

I wouldn't be suprised if he pulled in 4-5% this time around, which would be monumental for a Constitution Party candidate in such a major race.

Clymer would be an improvement over Spector. I don't care if Spector is a Republican, it wouldn't matter to me if he lost.

Did you catch any of the senate debate or highlights? Clymer stated that Specter was running against HIM and not Hoeffel. He spent most of his time attacking Specter and ignoring the Dem and Libertarian candidate.

I saw it on the other day but i just wasn't interested. The libertarian candidate was rambling on about something and I flipped the channel.

It wasn't until my long drive through the valley today that I realized so many Clymer signs were out.

Maybe PCN will have a replay.

If we gained at least five other Senate seats from the RATs, I'd be happy with Specter looking for a new job. In our current fight to keep the majority, however, we upsettingly do need our RINOs.

Why? He never votes the Bush way anyway. We'd be better off with someone who in all likelyhood would vote the Bush way at least 50% of the time.

I hate Specter but I'm goint to vote for him -- unless it looks like a complete blowout in which case I might pull the lever for Clymer.

I do not want Hoeffel representing me.

Is he a conservative? Not really. Does he count as an "R" vote for the Senate majority? Absolutely. And when the Senate majority is as narrow as it is today, that's absolutely preferable over any RAT.

Please tell me what a Senate majority has done for the Republicans in the last 4 years.
