Turkson's eyes leave me uncomfortable.

Not sure about Tumi. Don't like the flavor of the squint. Can't see eyes well.

Pengo looks like he could be real sweet and still stab you very forcefully and quickly in the back without flinching. But I really can't see his eyes well enough, either.

Can't see Kogikie well enough but he looks pretty kindly.

Napier looks very tired and tentative . . . could be gentle. Could be insecure and alternately fierce. I'd vote for tired and tentative. Can't see eyes well.

Etsou looks like a functionary but also could be ruthless if he felt it justified--often the worst kind! But I can't see his eyes well enough, either.

Arinze looks sober, deliberate, serious, a can-do person. Can't see eyes well enough to determine how ruthless he might be.

About all I can quickly detect, notice.
