No Scripture is clear, no dreams. Even though it says in Joel that old men will dream dreams, the implication is that they are of no account.

I strongly disagree with your interpretation of Scripture--both FROM my reading of Scripture

and

from my first and 2nd hand experiences of what those Scriptures are talking about.

I agree that dreams are not to take priority over many other things.
