"What is it with the Bush family and debates," asks the former conservative congressman from Florida now attempting to join the liberal elite on BSNBC. Interviewing Al Franken and yukking it up now.
I'm sure the mod won't let this stay up long, but we need to vent for a minute or two.
Ping?
Joe is a Democrat kool-aid drinker....That is a prerequisite for working on a liberal cable TV channel, i.e Pat Buchanan, and Dennis Miller
you watch MSNBC? you have more fortitude that I do!!!!
You know, Joe is amazing...good one night, stupid the next. He's been good on the CBS thing, but stabs W after all the other media have been piling on all day and night.
I did throw up.
When you or I could answer Kerry, and Bush could not, something is seriously amiss in the Rove debate preparations.
I understand and agree, but it's just piling on.
Joe's buying into the "style over substance" that we've been hearing all day.
LOL
he has to get ratings somehow I guess...but he is a sell out as well....
Hey! Cards win tonight! Ankiel looked pretty good...need Edmonds to get dialed in.
Joe stinks.
Joe S has done a complete reversal in the last couple of months......I think his new liberal boss gave him an offer he couldn't refuse.
Well, I think I'll turn off the TV at 10....and put on Michael Savage for a few laughs!
Beavis and Butthead is on MTV2 ;)
You are welcome to try to put as much lipstick on this pig of a performance by Bush last night as you'd like.
I prefer to face it squarely: Bush was horrible; he missed (by my count) seven chances to come back at Kerry with knock-out punches that could have put this election away.
But that's in the past. We have to hope that Hughes and Rove will focus Bush next Friday, and make sure he gets a nap.
I try to annoy him with daily e-mails..."Hey, Joe, what's more important: Your career or your country," stuff like that.
He was great during the Clinton days. We need more conservatives in the media...but they drink the Kool-Aide.
Of course, I will forward this thread to him about a thousand times.
I am listening to Michael Reagan right now.It is a breath of fresh air.
Michael was saying that first debate his father lost, was for the simple reason that he had over prepped. He said that he was trying to remember everything they had rehearsed so much, that he couldn't hit on any of his points. The next debate President Reagan came out and was just himself. He seems to think that is the same thing that happened to the President last night.Michael said they need to let George Bush be George Bush,he is at his best when he is just himself.
To suggest that Dennis Miller has drunk too much Kool-Aid is to suggest that you have too much sugar in your umbilical cord.
Man, I've been discussing the debates every chance I get...posted a big manifesto today.
I'm ready to move on (I just typed that). W. didn't do what he could have done. But it doesn't change the crap Kerry was dishing out. He just did it with flair.
The Bush team is much better on the stump. I had a chance to sit on the stage with W at a rally and he is great! No Kool-Aide.
Do you know where Dennis stands on the issues? Gay Marriage? Death Penalty? Borders? He is a democrat supporting President Bush, he is NO Republican
Very noticeable. I don't watch that leftist channel but a friend mentioned the "liberal" Joe S and I told him he was wrong on that one THEN I WATCHED IT. He was almost blowing in Ron Jr's ear and giggling. Barf. I don't know exactly when or why but the leftist turnaround is obvious.
Go to CNBC and watch Dennis Miller!!! A laugh a minute!! He's a BIG Bush supporter and he's FUNNY!
Sorry, you didn't get my "Cardinal" joke...
