Kerry was upset that we spent 90% of the funds to liberate Iraq and we had 90% of the casualties.

Should someone remind him that we had 99% of the casualties on 9/11 and spent 99% of the funds to rebuild NYC after America was attacked? He just doesn't get it that WE were attacked and WE need to defend ourselves, not the U.N.
