I have posted this in other threads but it is relevant here too.
I think Kerry had the questions before the debate. At the end of his first answer, he said to the moderator

I know I can do a better job in Iraq. I have a plan to have a summit with all of the allies, something this president has not yet achieved, not yet been able to do to bring people to the table.
We can do a better job of training the Iraqi forces to defend themselves, and I know that we can do a better job of preparing for elections.
All of these, and especially homeland security, which we'll talk about a little bit later

How would he know what they would be talking about later?

Debate is running again on C-Span. I'll be watching the end for all the wonderful little bits that people have referenced. It'll be over in about eight minutes.

How would he know what they would be talking about later? Because Homeland Security was one of the debate topics.
Perhaps we should all remove our tin-foil hats so that we can focus on what is more important.
Note that my agreement on what I saw was only an obvious "bias" on the part of Lehrer. Nobody really doubts that. However, I seriously doubt that sKerry had the questions in advance, especially on the heels of Rathergate. Let's all get a little more serious.
