You nailed it. But surely Kerry wouldn't reveal classify material and then take credit for it himself. That would be something some nut would have say, Sandy Bergler do. Stuff code-word classified documents into your socks and sneak out with them, only to watch them mysteriously reapper as John Kerry's foreign policy strategy on his very own little website shortly thereafter.

My question is, how many licks DOES it take to get to the center of a tootsie roll pop. Or in English, how many felonies need to be committed before someone pays for it?
