isn't it 600 tons of nuclear material that belongs to Russia. Are we buying it from them? Because last time I checked Russia was a sovereign nation.
Yeah, OK, but my point is this sentence:
" And back then, we intercepted a suitcase in a Middle Eastern country with nuclear materials in it, and the black market sale price was about $250 million." Does anybody remember this ACTUALLY HAPPENING? I've heard a lot of talk about hypothetical "suitcase nukes" but Kerry seems to be saying this really happened. When is "back then" and where is this "Middle Eastern country" he's talking about?
